Pyntra ("we", "us") is a free studio for documents and design that runs entirely in your web browser at pyntra.tekivex.com. This policy explains what data is and isn't handled when you use it.
Pyntra is built to be private by architecture. Opening, editing, converting, OCR, redaction, image and video processing, and design all happen locally in your browser. Your documents, photos and videos are never uploaded to our servers. Work you save is stored in your browser's local storage / IndexedDB on your own device so it can reopen automatically; you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate, anonymous usage (for example which tools are popular and which devices are used) so we can improve the product. Google Analytics sets cookies and may collect information such as a truncated IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited. It does not receive the contents of your files. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google Analytics Opt-out.
We may display advertising served by Google, including through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
Advertising is never shown the contents of your documents; ads are served by Google based on cookies and context, not on your files.
Some optional features send only the text you choose to a third-party AI provider so it can respond:
Please review the privacy policy of any AI provider you use. We do not store the prompts or responses on our servers.
If you choose to share a design or document for real-time co-editing, edits are relayed between participants through a relay server. These frames are end-to-end encrypted — the relay only forwards already-encrypted data and cannot read your content. Collaboration is optional and only active when you create or join a share link.
We use: (a) local storage / IndexedDB to autosave your work and remember preferences on your device; (b) analytics cookies (Section 2); and (c) advertising cookies (Section 3). You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling them will not stop the core editing tools from working.
Pyntra is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Because your files never leave your device, you remain in control of your own content. For analytics and advertising data handled by Google, you can use the opt-out links above. Depending on your location (e.g. the EEA, UK, or California) you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you; contact us to exercise them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
